My name is Snow Colbeck. I manage the reservations for Zorba Tulum and know the villas and property intimately -- they are my home away from home. We are a small dedicated family owned property with an emphasis on quality and authentic connection.

Zorba enjoys a premium location on the beach in the boutique hotel area of South Tulum, Mexico. ​Each Villa is private yet enjoys full use of the Zorba property with private beachfront, swimming pool and resident chef at our taco & breakfast bar.
Pristine white sand connects from your doorstep to the loungers and poufs on the beach by the Caribbean Sea. ​​Our fast fiber-optic wifi speeds allow guests to stay connected during their stay. The Zorba property is gated from the road and open to the private beachfront and sea.
Our staff is onsite daily to provide housekeeping, rake the sand, and care for our guests. Security is onsite at night to keep an eye on the property so guests can relax. ​The Zorba property is guests only.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
What is the best way to get from the Airport to our villas?
The best way to get to Zorba is by private transfer. We can make the arrangements for you from the Cancun airport (CUN) or the Tulum airport (TQO).

Your private transfer will have a sign with your name on it to greet you at the airport and will bring you to our property. You can request a stop at the grocery store on the way for an added fee of $30 USD (max 1 hr stop).

Car seats for family guests are complimentary by request.
Luxury transfers available by request.

NAME
What does Zorba mean?
Zorba is a Greek word and translates to "live each day." We hope you enjoy your holiday at our Zorba villas and are able to fully immerse yourself in each moment.
RENTALS
Is Zorba Beach Homes a rental agency?
We are not an agency. We own our collection of villas and care for our guests ourselves. Our guests enjoy full private homes with kitchens and unrestricted access to Tulum beach and the large swimming pool onsite. We greet you when you arrive and are available if you have questions about the area or need anything throughout your stay. This property is part of the Zorba Collective Hospitality Group www.zorbacollective.com.
LOCATION
Where are the homes located on Tulum Beach?
Zorba is centrally located in the boutique hotel area of Tulum, in the coveted South Beach area. Our exclusive collection of beachfront villas share a private gated property at KM9. The Zorba property is beside Chiringuito, Nest, Be Tulum and Nomade.

RESERVATIONS
What are the benefits of booking direct?
The Zorba Villas are listed on Airbnb, VRBO and through other agencies. When you book through our Zorba Tulum website, you are booking the homes directly, securely and do not pay any booking fees.
EVENTS
Does Zorba host weddings or retreats?
Yes! We love to host weddings, retreats and private groups for full exclusive use and enjoyment of the full property. A buyout gives your group exclusive use of the beachfront, multiple swimming pools, and all villas for the full stay.
​With six rentals and a total of 18BR's Zorba Tulum can accommodate 36-44 guests onsite and host events of up to 100 guests.
