At Zorba Beach Homes, we offer boutique style homes for couples, families, and groups of friends. All our villas are located directly on the beach and offer a unique and incredible atmosphere to relax and appreciate the beauty that surrounds them. Zorba villas vary in size from a 2BR Penthouse to a 5BR Villa with a private swimming pool.

With only 6 rentals on the property guest enjoy personal service and an exclusive experience. The unbeatable location mean you get your own slice of paradise in the desirable South Beach (SoTu) area of Tulum, perfect for exploring by walking.

The Villas

Each villa and the 2BR Penthouse includes a personal kitchen, and are furnished with bath towels, bed linens and beach towels. Your stay includes a concierge, daily cleaning, and groundskeepers who rake the sand so you can relax from the moment you arrive. We have a friendly staff to welcome you and assist during the day, and security at night for peace of mind.

Zorba's guest-only beachfront property includes a Taco + Breakfast Bar for daytime food a la carte. Eat by the turquoise Caribbean Sea or in the privacy and comfort of your own Villa.

The Destination

Tulum is a totally unique place where you will feel transported to a different world. Just steps away from our property, you can find a world of artisan boutiques, restaurants and much more. Travellers adore meandering along the road and discovering interesting local brands, food and drinks on the way. There are local establishments both along the shoreline and scattered throughout the jungle, which lines the opposite side of the road. All you need to do is bring your curiosity as there is an incredible world to discover in this corner of the Riviera Maya.

The Location

Tulum, Mexico is located in the southern end of Riviera Maya in the Yucatan Peninsula on the Eastern Coast of Mexico. It is an easy flight from many major cities in North America. We are lucky to welcome travelers from all over the world each year.

The Zorba Tulum property is located in the South Tulum (SoTu) area of the beach. This newly established neighbourhood celebrates slow-living and conscious travel. You can find many famous restaurants, boutiques and wellness centers that all compliment this vision of wellness and sustainability.

We are committed to minimizing our impact on the environment to preserve the nature and beauty of this place we love.

We minimize single use plastic by providing purified drinking water in the kitchen and each bathroom in refillable containers. We also provide luxurious organic and biodegradable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash made with sacred Mayan honey in refillable containers.

Reclaimed wood and recycled glass are integrated throughout the interior and exterior design of the villas and property.

We recycle our grey water to use for plants and all our lights are LED to minimize our power consumption.

Policies

The Zorba property is exclusive to guests and not open to the public. For the safety, security, and enjoyment of all our guests, the following rules must be respected:

Check-in 3pm. Check out 10am.

We recommend a shuttle from the airport. Parking is limited. We can arrange for a private airport shuttle for guests.

Zorba property is for guests only.

No pets.

No smoking in the homes.

No candles or open flame. No fire at all on the property or the beach.

Zorba property pools hours 8am – 8pm.

No glass in or around the pool.

Quiet on the property from 11pm onwards.

Daily housekeeping is included in the stay.

Guest services available from 9am – 8pm. Emergency contact only after 8pm.

Night security on site. Lock gate after hours.
